Focus Meditation Session

Hello and welcome, I'm glad you are here. I'm M.R. Minarsich (Mike) the founder of The Focus Pros. I started this site as a resource for the fruits of my ongoing journey searching for a happy, fulfilling life. The tools presented here have afforded me exactly that for the last thirty years.I am certified to teach nutrition, sleep hygiene, and mindful meditation. In addition I started and managed a nutritional products business for 20 years, which afforded me an early retirement and more time for my educational path, which is my passion. The products I have created here are a culmination of what has worked for me in attaining all my goals in both my professional and personal life. I currently live on a small acreage in Scottsdale, AZ with my family and our 3 dogs, 2 horses, 2 donkeys and a cat. Life is good.
